Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  1. New Account Acquisition:
  2. Systematically identify, engage, and secure new business relationships through a suite of prospecting methodologies, including but not limited to cold outreach, networking, and digital channels.
  3. Prospecting Targets:
  4. Unrelentingly pursue and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs focused on client prospecting and lead generation.
  5. Sales Excellence:
  6. Take ownership of monthly sales targets, executing data-driven techniques to secure deal closures and scale the client base.
  7. Account Stewardship:
  8. Nurture and grow existing client partnerships, ensuring delivery of premium service and cross-selling opportunities.
  9. Research & Analysis:
  10. Conduct in-depth market, client, and opportunity analyses to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  11. Client Strategy:
  12. Develop bespoke solutions for both prospective and existing clients, acting as a crucial thought partner in their long-term success.
  13. Team Collaboration:
  14. Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and foster innovation, driving collective achievements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Masters (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable passion for sales and strategic consulting.
  • Adept in interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Previous sales or consulting experience would be advantageous but not mandatory.
